Gert Strand AB serves customers all over the world, from Europe to North America.

We had e-mails gone missing in both directions by spam filters and even more reasons.
The only way of avoiding this was getting rid of the mailing system and introducing the Customer Helpdesk.

This helps us sort and divide questions to proper staff members. Follow-ups to customer questions are always properly handled using this system. Note that all support and service related issues are handled through our Helpdesk.

Our Customer Service Department is happy to solve problems and answer any questions, but help can only be provided through the support desk. Our Customer Service Staff will reply to every incoming ticket and provide you with all help possible.
