    25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

    Lends cream, butter toffee, vanilla and a warm rum note to liqueur, ice cream, baking and chocolate.

    Flavour Profile

    The flavour combines sweet cream and vanilla with butter toffee, rum-soaked raisins, burnt sugar and gentle spices. The finished liqueur is a creamy off-white.
