20 ml to make a 750 ml bottle of finished Emerald Cream Liqueur.
Emerald Cream is a cream whiskey liqueur, based on cream and chocolate.
Recipe: Mix the contents of this bottle with: 210 g granulated sugar, 3 dl spirits, and 15 cl coffee cream and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
Top up with spirits to 75 cl. Blend all ingredients thoroughly, ideally with an electric mixer.
Store in the refrigerator, shake before serving. Consume within 1 week.
