Flavour Profile

The drink takes on a copper tone and a scent of pepper, cinnamon and rye bread with honey. The taste is dry and lively with ginger, dark chocolate and dried fruit, ending long and peppery with oak and a cool herbal edge.

How to Use

Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml gives 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, a total of 10.5 litres of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.

Serving Suggestions

• Pre-mixed stirred cocktails by the bottle – chill, pour, garnish.
• Rye whisky with ginger beer and lime.
