    STEAMBOAT Whisky Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a fruity whisky liqueur, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.

    25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

    Brings peach, apricot, citrus, vanilla and warm spice to drinks and desserts.

    Flavour Profile

    The profile is fruit-driven, centred on peach, apricot and orange and framed by vanilla, honey, cinnamon and a discreet whisky note. The finished drink is amber-gold.

    How to Use

    Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
