    UP Sour Mash Whisky Essence 25 L – bulk essence for production

    UP Sour Mash Whisky Essence is mixed with spirit to make a silky, smoke-free corn whiskey – or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.

    The container holds 25 litres. 18.67 ml of essence makes 700 ml of finished spirit. The essence is concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

    Brings the taste of vanilla, caramel, banana and charred oak to drinks, glazes, confectionery and baked goods.

    The largest format of our most popular whiskey essence, intended for producers, wholesalers and the food industry. 25 litres of essence equals 937.5 litres of finished spirit – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – with exactly the same taste from the first drop to the last.

    Flavour Profile

    The finished drink is amber-coloured, with a nose of vanilla pod, toffee sauce and ripe banana. The taste is soft and sweet with toasted corn, brown sugar and dry, lightly sooty oak. The finish is warm and smoke-free.

    How to Use

    The essence is mixed with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. The concentration is 37.5 times, which means that 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
