    Added after fermentation has ceased and once the carbonation has been shaken/stirred out or allowed to dissipate over time (days) to leave the fermentation. Incorporate one at a time (always kieselsol first) and follow the straightforward instructions on the package.
    The fining agent is composed of Kieselsol and Chitosan. These two components collaborate to clarify the wine. They are added after the fermentation has ceased. Kieselsol is solely present to amplify the effect of Chitosan and to bind with it. Otherwise, Chitosan would bind with tannin or another substance in the wine that you wish to remain unaffected.
