Hose nipple featuring an O-ring and lock nut, constructed from sturdy, lead-free brass.
Installed in a 10 mm hole (drilled with precision using a wood drill) at the base of the fermentation bucket. An 8 x 10 mm hose with a tap can be attached to the nipple. This hose can then be linked to a filter, enabling filtration from the bottom upwards via gravity.
Alternatively, it can be used for simple draining; for instance, you can drain in stages. If the hole is positioned 1 cm up, the sediment can be easily separated during fermentation.
The wine bucket can be linked to a wine filter or water filter. There are numerous possibilities.
