    UP Old Line Rye Whisky Essence is mixed with spirit to make a spicy rye whisky, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.

    25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.

    Lends peppery rye spice, cocoa, honey and toasted oak to drinks and food products.

    UP Old Line Rye Whisky Essence 25 L

    Rye whisky flavour on an industrial scale. The 25-litre drum is enough for 937.5 litres of finished spirit drink and is aimed at producers who want to offer something beyond the usual whisky styles.

    Flavour Profile

    The profile is dry and spicy: black pepper, clove and cinnamon over a foundation of rye bread, pale honey, cocoa and oak. In the finished drink the colour is coppery brown.

    How to Use

    Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. The essence is concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
