Creme de Menthe essence is combined with spirits to produce a traditional green peppermint liqueur.
Can be enjoyed as a liqueur, "on the rocks", or in cocktails.
Recipe: Combine 20ml essence and 3 dl spirits with 230 g sugar in a 75 cl bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved. Top up with spirits to 75 cl.
Can be consumed immediately. Aging enhances the flavor.
