Honeybird Whisky Essence 280 ml

The big pack for anyone who has made Honeybird the standard whiskey at home. More than ten litres of finished drink is enough for many an evening by the barbecue and an entire season of Old Fashioneds.

Flavour Profile

The drink turns a deep coppery brown. Vanilla, burnt caramel and cinnamon on the nose; butter toffee, black pepper, toasted oak and dried orange peel on the palate. The body is dense and oily, the finish long, dry and spicy with hints of leather and dark chocolate.

How to Use

Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml gives 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, a total of 10.5 litres of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.

Serving Suggestions

• Pre-batched Old Fashioned by the bottle – chill, pour, garnish.
• Whiskey and ginger ale in a tall glass for the party.
• A Mint Julep with crushed ice and lots of mint.
• Barbecue sauce and marinades in larger batches.
