The powerful spiced-rum flavour in a format for bakeries, patisseries, chocolate makers and drinks producers. 25 litres of essence equals 937.5 litres of finished rum.

Flavour Profile

The flavour is dominated by butter toffee, butterscotch and vanilla, with rum raisins, cinnamon and clove in the background. The aroma is so strong that it holds up through both baking and freezing.

How to Use

Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
