Sambuca is a flavorful anise liqueur with its origins in Italy.
Try enjoying it "con mosche" (with flies): place three coffee beans in a shot glass, fill with Sambuca, and ignite the drink.
Recipe: Pour the contents of the bottle and 160 grams of sugar into a 75 cl bottle. Fill up with 50 cl of 60% alcohol and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up with alcohol to 75 cl.
Can be consumed immediately. Aging enhances the flavor.
