UP Sour Mash Whisky Essence 280 ml
Once sour mash has become the house whiskey, it is time for the 280 ml bottle. It makes a little over ten litres, so you can always mix a fresh round when the last one is running low – for weddings, summer parties, club nights or simply a well-stocked drinks cabinet.
Flavour Profile
The whiskey you get is the same as from the small bottles: amber in colour, with a nose of vanilla pod, toffee sauce and banana. The taste is round and sweet with toasted corn, maple syrup and dry oak, plus the lightly sooty undertone that makes the style so distinctive. The finish is warm, clean and free from smoke.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml makes 15 × 700 ml or 14 × 750 ml, a total of 10.5 litres of finished spirit. Dosage guidance and instructions are on the label.
