Flavour Profile
The essence produces an amber-coloured drink with aromas of vanilla, toffee and ripe banana. The taste is round and sweet with corn, maple syrup and roasted nuts, balanced by a dry, slightly sooty oak note. The finish is warm and clean, with no smokiness.
How to Use
Mix with neutral alcohol or vodka to make the finished spirit. 5 litres of essence makes 187.5 litres. It can also be used in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and other flavouring. Instructions are on the label.
