Complete Activated Carbon Filtration Set for Water, for 220mm Funnel

The filtration system is typically used with a funnel. Activated carbon is placed inside the plastic tubes to filter various types of liquids. The liquid is purified as it passes through the activated carbon and then through filter paper positioned underneath. An end cap is placed at the bottom end of the tube to secure the carbon.

Activated carbon absorbs all impurities from the liquid while the filter underneath traps small carbon particles. Each 50 cm plastic tube with a 40mm diameter holds approximately 0.56 liters of liquid.

3 ABS plastic tubes 40mm x 50cm
2 Connectors for 40mm ABS plastic tubes
4 filter papers, 120mm diameter
1 End cap for 40mm carbon tube

All accessories in this filtration system are made of alcohol-resistant plastic (food-grade approved).

NOTE: Funnel is NOT included. We recommend the suitable 33122 - Funnel with 22 cm diameter, 3.8 liters. It fits perfectly with this filtration system and holds nearly 4 liters. There is also an even larger funnel that is just as good.

As a seal between the funnel and the filtration tube, we recommend 32998 Funnel gasket for 40mm tube, made of silicone, completely tight and durable. The funnel gasket is placed outside the funnel's spout and then seals against the inside of the tube.
