VinNature Turbo Yeast. Exceptionally clean fermentation.
With this yeast, it is occasionally possible to ferment up to 18% in larger fermentations exceeding 25 liters by adding 1/3 of the sugar at the beginning and 2/3 after 1 week. This is typically impossible with 18% yeast as they ferment so intensely that the liquid surpasses 30°C and the yeast perishes before fermentation is finished.
