Foam suppressant is utilized to combat excessive foam production. 1 ml is adequate for a 25-liter batch

. M10 Stable Foam Suppressant diminishes surface tension. Overdosing may compromise results. It cannot be used in beer as all foam will completely vanish.

It prevents foam formation during all fermentation processes. It also prevents boil-over of juice and jam. It functions excellently at temperatures ranging from 0-150°C. The recommended dosage is 20-22 drops (1 ml) per 25 liters of liquid. Contents: Water, food-grade silicone 10%, citric acid, preservatives. Approved for food use.
