A fantastic Turbo Yeast that ferments to 18% with granulated sugar and up to 20-21% with brewing sugar.
The yeast is temperature tolerant and highly stress-resistant. Such high quality that we have customers on all continents. Also available in 1-kg packaging.
Use vodka, neutral alcohol and Alcobase only. This yeast is not very good at extracting flavours from fruit, so do not use it for wine or brandy.
